Please read these terms carefully before working with Best Results. They explain what we do, what we need from you and how our 90-day guarantee works.

Service agreement
This agreement is made between you (the client) and Best Results – Digital Marketing (“we”, “us” or “our”). By accepting this agreement, you agree to the terms set out below.

Our offer
We will optimize your Google Business Profile with the goal of reaching a top-3 ranking in Google Maps for your main keyword in your target area within 90 days.

Scope of services
Depending on your package, our work includes:
A complete Google Business Profile audit and optimization
An optional website build with SEO
A strategic review generation system
Weekly post planning, including content strategy
Competitive analysis and clear positioning in your local market
Weekly ranking reports and progress updates
Ongoing support, optimization and adjustments throughout the 90 days

What we need from you
We need access to your Google Business Profile and your website. We will always let you know before making any major changes. Once payment is complete, we’ll send you clear instructions on how to give us secure access to everything we need.

Our guarantee
If you don’t reach a top-3 or first-page ranking (depending on your package) in Google Maps for your main keyword in your target area within 90 days, we will pause your billing until we reach that goal. Billing then resumes from the next billing cycle.

Exclusivity
For as long as we work together, we will not take on another business from your industry in the same target area.

Next steps & payment
After you accept this agreement, you’ll receive an invoice for the agreed price. You can pay by:
Bank transfer / SEPA
PayPal / Apple Pay
All major credit cards
Within 24 hours of receiving your payment, we’ll send you an onboarding email with the next steps. The 90-day period starts as soon as we have access to the items listed above.

Privacy
When you visit our website or contact us, we may collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and business details, along with basic usage data like your browser type and the pages you visit. We use this information to respond to you, deliver our services and improve our website.
We never sell or rent your personal data. We only share it with trusted providers that help us run this website and our services, or when required by law. You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you.
